• If you are disabled, you must have a labor certificate.
  

Eligibility criteria

You must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Benazir Income Program:

• Your income should be less than 30,000.
•  Your poverty score should not be more than 40 percent. 
• You must never have traveled abroad.
•  The applicant should not have more than two acres of land in his name. 
• If you are a widow, then your husband’s death certificate is required.
